Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in good standing.

• Ability to supervise nursing assistants and coordinate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Meet with nursing staff and support personnel to coordinate care and activity plans.
• Complete and file required records and chart notes; transcribe physician orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide a warm, calm environment for residents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
