Brookestone View is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and maintain high standards of resident care. This leadership role collaborates with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily operations and mentor staff.

The ADON will coach nurses, support quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and promote person-centered care to ensure excellent resident outcomes and a positive work environment for caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN license in good standing.
• Leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily nursing operations and clinical oversight.
