Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our clinical team and maintain high standards of resident care. This 32-hour-per-week leadership role focuses on operations, mentoring, and regulatory compliance in a senior care setting.

You will work with the Director of Nursing to guide daily nursing operations, support staff development, and promote resident-centered care while ensuring a collaborative, high-quality workplace for caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to resident-focused care and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
