You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to guide operations, mentor staff, and ensure excellent outcomes in a supportive workplace for caregivers.

Qualified candidates hold a Nebraska RN license, have leadership experience in long-term care, and demonstrate strong communication and regulatory knowledge.
