Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our clinical team and support delivery of high-quality resident care. This role requires partnering with the Director of Nursing to oversee operations and mentor staff in a 32-hour weekly schedule.

The ADON will drive quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence while promoting person-centered care and positive outcomes for residents.

About the Role

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to help oversee clinical services, support nursing staff, and maintain high standards of resident care. This position combines leadership, mentoring, and operational oversight to ensure excellent outcomes for residents and a supportive workplace for caregivers.
