Brookestone View is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the clinical team, oversee nursing operations, and uphold high standards of resident care.

This 32-hour-per-week leadership role partners with the Director of Nursing to mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote person-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN license in good standing.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or related healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.

About the Role

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to help oversee clinical services, support nursing staff, and maintain high standards of resident care.
