Brookestone View is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our clinical team and uphold high standards of resident care. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to guide operations, mentor staff, and ensure excellent outcomes in a supportive workplace for caregivers.

Qualified candidates hold a Nebraska RN license, have leadership experience in long-term care, and demonstrate strong communication and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN license in good standing.
