Job summary

Arden Park Post Acute seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. The RN in this role will work with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of nursing management, California RN license, BSN preferred, and excellent leadership and collaboration skills. This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive six-figure salary and a supportive team environment that

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
3–5 years of nursing management experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to supervise nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Assist the DON in planning, developing, and supervising daily nursing operations.
Support recruitment, orientation, training, and professional development of nursing personnel.
Oversee clinical operations and ensure delivery of quality nursing care.
Promote resident safety and work with residents, families, and physicians to coordinate care.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and nursing policies.
