Jobguard is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Regency at Lansing West in Lansing, Michigan. The RN will manage nursing care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and provide medication interventions. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of long-term care experience, current Michigan RN licensure, and CPR certification. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Must hold current RN licensure in Michigan.
• Certification in CPR is required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care for guests.
• Supervise the care/services provided by LPNs and CNAs.
• Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess health status and notify physicians of changes.
• Develop care plans based on assessments.
• Choose appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions.
• Participate in guest assessments and planning of care.
