• Minimum three years of RN experience.
• PA RN license required.

• Serve as a role model, demonstrating effective communication, resource utilization, and leadership skills.
• Supervise staff within Patient Placement and support their professional development.
• Communicate operational updates, monitor occupancy trends, and plan for elective admissions.
• Participate in policy development, interpret regulations, and prioritize resources based on bed availability.
• Assist in disaster, emergency, and safety protocols, ensuring preparedness and response.
• Act as an administrative representative, providing updates on capacity issues.
