Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state of PA.
• Strong leadership, communication, and resource management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and analyze occupancy data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and staff to facilitate smooth patient transfers and placements.
• Supervise personnel within Patient Placement and assist with onboarding new employees.
• Communicate effectively regarding capacity and operational issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations, and participate in policy development.
• Monitor occupancy trends, plan for elective admissions, and manage resource prioritization.
• Support staff development and professional practice, providing feedback and mentorship.
• Act as a liaison during emergencies, including disaster and patient safety protocols.
• Serve as an administrative representative, relaying capacity information to leadership.
