You will remove barriers, communicate with Nurse Managers and physicians, and support administrative leadership as needed. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing with three years of nursing experience, strong knowledge of nursing practices, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with three years of professional nursing experience.

• Knowledge of state and agency laws and regulations governing professional nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient placement and access case management.
• Manage patient flow to ensure efficient and effective care.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers, Administrative Supervisors, Physicians, Medical Directors on Call, and Administrator on Call as needed.
