Job summary

MediLodge of Cass City is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents. You will lead care planning, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise care staff in a team-focused environment.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with physicians, and adherence to state regulations. A valid RN license and CPR are required, with prior nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state employed and CPR certification required.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' conditions and nursing needs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments per orders.
• Supervises and directs CNAs, LPNs/LVNs, and other clinical staff.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are maintained and compliant with regulations.
