Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents.
• Initiates and leads team conferences for nursing care plans.
• Supervises and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Administers medications and performs treatments.
• Coordinates nursing care when residents are scheduled for therapy.
