Zusammenfassung

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a population of patients in our unit. The RN will perform multi-system assessments and coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver safe, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program with NH RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience. BSN preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse – New Hampshire Board of Nursing.

• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment to plan and implement interventions.
• Develops, evaluates and revises patient care plans in response to needs.
• Documents care provided and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients about the plan of care and discharge preparation.
• Manages time and resources to deliver patient care.
• Administers medications to patients.
• Provides direct patient care and leads the health care team.
• Serves as a resource person for the shift and preceptor for new employees.
• Performs job-specific duties as assigned.
