Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population. You will collaborate with the care team in a dynamic unit, applying nursing knowledge and clinical judgment from admission to discharge.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, NH RN licensure, and BLS certification; one year of clinical nursing experience is preferred. Strong teamwork and patient education skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse with NH Board of Nursing registration.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a patient group across a unit.
• Perform nursing interventions with multi-system considerations in a safe environment.
• Document care provided and patient progress; manage time and resources.
• Administer medications and lead the health care team on shift.
• Precept new employees and provide patient and family education.
