Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides unit-based leadership and collaborates with Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians and staff.
• Performs rounds and develops care plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensures patient safety and quality care, while managing staffing and budgets.
• Acts to improve patient/family satisfaction and coordinates with PI teams.
