Assignment Type: (Temporary Contract)
Shift: Night Shift | 3 x 12-hour shifts/week (no call, no block scheduling)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Lead – Labor & Delivery. This is a leadership opportunity. You’ll partner with Nurse Managers, Directors, physicians, and staff to drive excellence in patient care, staff performance, and unit operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing and ancillary staff with professionalism and sound judgment

Coordinate and optimize patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care outcomes

Champion patient satisfaction and family-centered care

Monitor staffing, patient acuity, and workflow to maximize efficiency

Mentor, coach, and evaluate team members—including participation in hiring and discipline

Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards

Actively participate in patient care as needed
