Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ registered nurse experience.
• Valid nursing license and BLS certification for the state.
• Physical ability for frequent standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and staffing logistics.
• Mentors and trains staff, conducts orientation, and assists with scheduling.
• Addresses performance and quality concerns and participates in performance reviews.
• Develops training materials and leads staff meetings.
• Maintains compliance with nursing standards and ensures a safe environment.
