Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. The RN will lead licensed and non-professional staff, ensure care plans are followed, and participate in rounds and documentation.

Shifts include evening, overnight, and every other weekend, with weekend and night differentials as described in the posting. Candidates must maintain active Florida RN licensure, and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in resident care delivery.
• Complete daily rounds and document care plans and orders.
