Job summary

Willow Creek Senior Community in Oregon seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Assisted Living Facility team. The RN provides clinical oversight, assessments, and care coordination to promote resident health and independence.

This role includes staff education, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with providers, families, pharmacies, and hospice agencies to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oregon is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, SNF, home health, hospice, or geriatrics preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, nursing assessments, and care coordination.
• Support resident health, safety, and quality of life through planning and monitoring.
• Delegate nursing tasks per state regulations and supervise caregivers.
• Ensure medication administration accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and family communications.
