Job summary

HiredFirst in California is seeking a Night Shift RN to provide L&D, postpartum, and couplet care in an LDRP unit. The role requires 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with 36-48 hours per week and weekend rotation.

You will assess and plan care, assist with deliveries and newborn stabilization, administer medications, educate families, and support discharge planning. The position may require occasional floating to cover staffing needs.

Qualifications

• L&D and postpartum experience required.
• Ability to work in LDRP setting and assist with infant care.

Schedule

Night shift (12-hour shifts)

6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

36-48 hours/week

Every other or every third weekend required

No call required

Occasional floating as needed
