Job summary

Lexington Medical Center is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for Labor & Delivery (L&D) to provide operational shift oversight on PM/N shift (7pm-7:30am). The role promotes timely admissions, transfers and discharges, and mentors staff in delivering high-quality patient care. A BSN is required, with 2+ years in perinatal nursing, and eligibility for SC RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license to practice in South Carolina.
• Any national nursing certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire/promotion.

• Leads and mentors staff; ensures quality of care and patient safety.
• Maintains documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration to support care goals.
