Job summary

Lexington Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN for the 5th South Renal unit in West Columbia, SC. This full-time role supports PM/N shift (7p-7a) and focuses on operational oversight, staff leadership, and efficient patient throughput.

You will coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, while ensuring high-quality nursing care and adherence to hospital policies and standards. Sign-on bonus offered and RN licensure in SC required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• RN licensure in South Carolina required.
• National nursing certification in specialty at hire or within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant nursing experience within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational shift oversight and delegate care.
• Guide admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff and maintain professional image.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely; protect patient confidentiality.
