Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN for 8th South CVA Medical. This full-time night-shift role focuses on operational shift oversight, staff delegation, and ensuring timely patient admission, transfer and discharge.

You will lead nursing teams, provide guidance, and uphold nursing standards per state and hospital policies. A BSN is required with 2+ years in related areas; RN license in SC; national certification in specialty within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: BSN in Nursing.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in specialty areas within past 5 years.
• Substitutable Education & Experience: ADN or Diploma with RN to BSN/MS progression considered with degree completion within 12 months.
• Required Certifications/Licensure: National nursing certification in specialty; SC RN license.

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive rapport with patient and family.
• Leads and mentors staff; delegates care and oversees shifts.
• Coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges for timely patient flow.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation and communicates needs to the team.
• Upholds nursing standards and ethical practices per state and hospital policies.
