FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for patients on the 12-bed Reid unit, specializing in medical and cardiac diagnoses. You will monitor patients, titrate drips, and assist with bedside procedures.
Applicants must hold a valid NC RN license or compact state license, and be BCLS certified; experience is preferred as the unit handles complex cases and requires strong clinical skills.

2Reid is a 12‑bed intermediate care unit specializing in the care of patients with moderate to severe medical and cardiac diagnoses such as sepsis, acute respiratory failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, NSTEMI, atrial fibrillation/flutter and CHF. Nurses on this unit utilize a broad skill set, initiate and titrate drips that require cardiac monitoring and assist with bedside procedures such as transesophageal echocardiograms and cardioversions.
