Portageville Health Care Center is seeking an experienced RN to join our faculty as an RN Instructor for CNA and CMT programs. You will deliver lectures, supervise clinical rotations, and guide students toward regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a current, unencumbered RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a commitment to student success.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CNA and CMT curriculum lectures.
• Demonstrate clinical skills in the simulation lab.
• Teach medication administration theory, pharmacology basics, dosage calculations, and safe distribution protocols.
• Utilize educational technology, learning management systems, and practical training techniques to enhance student engagement.
