Dartmouth Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for inpatient surgery units (Ortho, Plastics) in Lebanon, NH. This full-time position operates on a 3x12 hour D/N rotation and requires adaptability to rotating shifts to support perioperative care and recovery.

The RN will apply the nursing process to assess and plan care, administer medications, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based practice. NH RN licensure and BLS on hire are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program is required.
• BSN in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care.
• Recognizes changes in patient status and alters the care plan as needed.
• Advocates for patients and ensures informed consent in collaboration with the care team.
• Mentors colleagues to advance nursing practice and quality improvement.
• Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families and the healthcare team.
• Performs duties in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations.
