Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Licensed RN with NH eligibility; BLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Prioritizes and organizes time to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicates effectively with patients and families using telehealth tools and in-person visits.
• Mentors colleagues to advance nursing practice and participate in governance.
