Job summary

Spencer Hospital in Spencer, IA is seeking a compassionate RN to provide postoperative and acute care. You will use the nursing process to deliver individualized care and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold IA RN license or a compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are in-house or readily available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for nursing outcomes during the shift.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver total patient care.
