Job summary

Spencer Hospital in Spencer, IA is seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide individualized critical care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role is full-time with 12-hour shifts (6:30-7) and a schedule that includes day/night rotation plus weekend and holiday on-call. IA RN license and required certifications are mandatory, with in-house education available on hire.

Qualifications

• Must be a caring communicator and flexible, able to multitask and comfortable with technological systems.
• IA RN license is required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications are required; in-house education is available on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care using the nursing process and ensure patient safety.
