Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a registered nurse to support inpatient rehabilitation services in Minnesota. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team.

With 0–2 years RN experience, you will join a multidisciplinary team on a 8-hour night shift (0.5 FTE) and every other weekend, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• 0 to 2 years RN experience; new graduate RN considered.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; rehabilitation experience 0-2 years may help.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and plan of care.
• Supervise progress and modify plan as needed.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Fulfills organizational requirements and supports unit operations.
• Demonstrates nursing leadership when acting as Charge Nurse or Preceptor.
