The RN will maintain competencies, apply evidence-based practices, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Required qualifications include an Associate's or Vocational nursing degree, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ED RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; plan of care and supervision.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Incorporate evidence-based nursing practice considering statutes and regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Fulfill organizational requirements and participate in supplemental roles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
