Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join an outpatient clinic in Minnesota. The role supports nursing care across assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation with emphasis on collaboration and continuity of care.

This is a 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday position with 8:00 am–4:30 pm shifts, no weekends or major holidays, in a not-for-profit health system committed to patient-centered care and well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in MN; WI license may be required depending on department/location.
• 0 to 2 years RN experience.
• Current BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in outpatient clinic settings.
• Coordinate data collection with patient, family and health-care team.
• Develop and revise nursing plans; ensure continuity of care and adherence to guidelines.
• Engage in quality improvement, education and collaborative practice.
