The role requires Virginia or Compact Multi-State RN licensure, BLS within 90 days, 1 year of leadership, 3 years of case management, and specialty certification within one year (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC).

Qualifications

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• 3 years of Case Management experience.
• Specialty certification within one year (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC).

Responsibilities
