Qualified candidates have 1 year of leadership and 3 years in case management, with RN licensure in good standing and ACM/CCM/CCCTM/CMAC/CMGT-BC certification eligibility within a year.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
• RN-Bachelor’s or RN-Master’s degree required.
