Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is seeking an experienced Manager of Inpatient Case Management to join our team. This Magnet-recognized hospital values nursing excellence and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver patient-centered care.

The role requires Virginia or Compact Multi-State RN licensure, BLS within 90 days, 1 year of leadership, 3 years of case management, and specialty certification within one year (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC).

License and Certification

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $116,376.00 - $173,534.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
