AdventHealth in Zephyrhills, FL seeks an experienced RN to lead a unit focused on venous access and infusion therapy. You will supervise nursing staff, develop individualized care plans, and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

This full-time night shift role requires an RN license and an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Benefits begin on day one, and you’ll mentor staff, drive quality improvements, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality patient

Qualifications

• RN license required in Florida.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year leadership/charge nurse experience preferred.
