Job summary

AdventHealth in Celebration, FL is seeking an experienced RN to manage venous access and infusion therapy. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families to ensure understanding and adherence.

Lead and mentor staff, participate in quality improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering compassionate care within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to choose venous access methods and manage complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access patients.
• Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy to ensure understanding.
• Lead and mentor staff, provide feedback and participate in quality improvements.
