Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in the state.
• Associates in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1+ year of charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to determine venous access methods.
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain clinical standards and teamwork.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives on the unit.
