Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN licensure scope
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjust care plans
• Assess patients and determine venous access methods
• Develop individualized care plans for venous access patients
• Educate patients on venous access and therapy
• Supervise nursing staff and conduct appraisals
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes
• Mentor new staff and provide hands-on training
• Ensure regulatory and hospital policy compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
