Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities under DON guidance and ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in QA/QI, infection control, and safety programs.
• Assist in surveys by government agencies.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Complete accident and incident reports and investigate.
• Maintain daily census with 24-hour reports.
• Notify DON/ADON of drug discrepancies.
• Develop work assignments and supervise staff.
