RKM Primary Care in Louisiana is seeking a Registered Nurse with informatics focus to join our ambulatory care team. The role centers on optimizing the EHR, data quality, and reporting to support value-based care and quality improvement.

You will train staff, serve as an EHR Super User, and collaborate to enhance clinical documentation and patient outcomes while advancing platform workflows and reporting capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Nextgen EHR experience strongly preferred.
• Certification in Nursing Informatics (ANCC) or similar, preferred.
• Familiarity with value-based care programs and clinical quality measures.
• Prefer experience in ambulatory care setting.

Aufgaben

• Ensure optimal use of the EHR and other clinical platforms through data hygiene oversight, end-user training, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Support value-based care, quality improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Monitor and maintain data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical documentation and structured data elements.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and deliver platform training to staff.
• Serve as a Super User for EHR functionality, templates, clinical decision support tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Providing ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting workflow and system-use challenges.
• Run and interpret clinical, operational, and quality reports, including UDS, HEDIS, and other value-based care metrics.
• Design and evaluate workflow changes that support quality, compliance, and patient outcomes.
