Job summary

InoMedic Health Applications is seeking an RN Clinical Informatics Specialist to engage with healthcare teams, physicians, and managers to implement and support clinical systems within the clinic. Leverage EHR expertise to standardize workflows and improve patient care.

The role requires 3+ years of direct patient care and a healthcare administration background, with strong analytical and communication skills, plus the ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects and provide training to providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct patient care with Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN or similar title.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience in health care administration, nursing, or related field.
• Experience leading and coordinating clinical systems implementation, training and support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, strategically direct, and coordinate implementation, training and support for clinical systems.
• Standardize clinical workflows via EHR and technology to improve care quality and service.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet goals and measurements.
• Develop training and elbow support for new providers and staff.
• Collaborate with IT to test scripts and ensure regulatory alignment.
