You will collaborate with leadership, provide initial and ongoing training for physicians, residents, locums, and midlevel providers, and assist IT with system upgrades and implementations while upholding change management standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience required.
• Experience as a clinical IT subject matter expert or super-user preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for clinical applications and IT-driven workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to coordinate and facilitate workflow changes.
• Provide initial and continuing education for physician staff and super-users.
• Resolve problems quickly with IT clinical analysts and follow change management.
• Assist IT with inpatient clinical application implementations and upgrades.
