Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Active BLS CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient status and initiate plans of care.
• Regularly re-assess patient and family needs.
• Develop goals-based care plans with nursing judgment.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document clinical notes and track pain/symptom changes.
