Qualifications

• Must have current Utah RN license or compact license with Utah endorsement.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition.
• Collaborates across disciplines for patient care, transfers, and discharges.
• Educates patient and family based on age, culture and condition.
• Advocates for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
• Completes interdisciplinary care plans and timely documentation.
