Qualifications

• Current Utah RN license or compact license with Utah endorsement.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient care provided and monitors patient condition.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and coordinates discharge planning.
• Educates patients and families about conditions and care.
