Castleview Hospital in Price, Utah, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical department. This role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and high-quality patient care across the Neonatal to Geriatric spectrum.

The RN will contribute to plan of care, documentation, and coordinated care across disciplines while supporting patient education and family engagement. Join our hospital with a strong community focus and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Utah; associate degree required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medications and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care performed.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team, physicians, patients and families.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers and discharges.
• Provides patient and family education appropriate to age and culture.
• Advocates for patient well-being and performs assessments.
• Completes and revises interdisciplinary care plans and QI assessments.
