Job summary

Castleview Hospital in Price, Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, administer medications, collect specimens, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

You will document care, monitor patient status, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate transfers and patient/family education. A Utah RN license and an Associate's degree are required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required in Utah.
• Associate's degree from accredited nursing program.
• BCLS certification within six months of hire or transfer date.
• One year of previous nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care provided and monitors patient condition.
• Coordinates with care team for transfers, discharges, and psychosocial needs.
• Assists with activities of daily living and patient education.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions and documents medical necessity.
